St John's mental asylum
St John's is the remains of the old mental hospital in Bracebridge, Lincoln. It closed in 1989, more details will appear as my research continues. The atmosphere when walking around was eerie, sad and depressing, especially the children's ward where signs of what went on remain in the cartoons and paintings on the walls. My intention is to make the viewer ask questions as I do when I look at them. .......
